We enjoy quick cosmetic flips, but our specialty is complex rehabs. We've reconfigured layouts, dug down basements, and lifted homes!
The project below is an example of some of the rehab work we do. We lifted this house to gain head height in the basement then tore the roof off to add a 3rd story! Check out the Portfolio page to view more past projects!

We LOVE the new construction process and have built several over the years with no intentions of slowing down! As much as we enjoy keeping the original home and maintaining a lot of its "charm", sometimes it just isn't possible. The project below is an example of the work we do!
